Physical Activity Prescription Organization

Place: West Lake, Hanoi, Vietnam

Initially began as a physical exercise for FSH Research Group members, this activity soon proved to be fun, cheap and effective for all of its participants. Though there were many locations for exercising in Hanoi, West Lake was selected for its clean, relaxing and refreshing atmosphere, amazing view and several attractions which make the trip even more interesting. We hope to extend this activity, so that not only our members and acquaintances, but also other people can enjoy the benefit with us. With the growth of this activity, we are also considering other routes and challenges, to maximize the experience. Also, as the activity expands, we also hope that this will be a valuable opportunity to raise the awareness on physical activity. The activity takes place every Saturday from 6 a.m. and we warmly welcome your participation.
